Warm-up

In 15 minutes complete the following:

1) 400m row/run

2) 20 pull-ups (partition as necessary)

3) 20 tuck jumps

4) 10 inchworms

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

In teams of 2

2 rounds:

4 minutes to row (1pt/cal)

4 minutes rope climb/pull ups (5pts/1pt)

4 minutes to run 400m (5pts under 2:30)

4 minutes med ball sit ups (1pt)
