-2 Man-makers (50/35)

Round 2:

-200 m Run

-4 Man-makers

Round 3:

-300 m Run

-6 Man-makers

Round 4:

-400 m Run

-8 Man-makers……
All reps and distances are individual totals. One partner running while other completing Man-makers and then they switch. Once both are finished their 100m and 2 Man-makers they switch and begin round 2.
