Medicine Ball Clean

Strict Chins

Push Jerk (6×3/3×1)

Add weight across every set of the 6×3 ending with a heavy triple

3×1 will be done at the heaviest weight possible

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

AMRAP 8 Minutes

200 Meter Row

200 Meter Run
