starting w/ a 45#/35# bar adding weight each set 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Weightlifting

Back Squat (3×5 +5lbs)

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

For 10 minutes

2 kb snatch 35/26

2 air squat

4 kb snatch

4 air squat

6 kb snatch

6 air squat……..
