60 Power Cleans (135/95) Rx+ (175/125)
30 Snatches (95/65) Rx+ (135/95)
Split each movement evenly. One bar per team, remove weights as you move on to the next movement.
B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

50 double unders
10 slam ball burpees (40/30)
kb front rack hold (53/35)
One person must be holding the KB in the front rack in order for the other team members to work.
